Education is so expensive. How can that be, when it’s literally one of the basic human needs to survive?
Guys, how much are you willing to pay for a skill? I mean, since I loveeee learning about everything, I would say, pretty high. Since I was a little kid, the opportunity to learn something new is something that I crave for. Maybe that’s why I love traveling or reading book or watching documentary. I don’t mind paying a generous sum of money. Because after I do all that, I would definitely gain something new, no matter how small.
And so, I’ve been wanting to take a Spanish course. I did, actually. But then I didn’t hear from my teacher for a long time, so I’m afraid that can’t continue. Yet today I find a decent Spanish course with standardized book, and test, and everything. But it’s so goddamn expensive. I mean, it’s very expensive I barely can afford it.
So sad. But at the same time, I’m glad I finally found this course because it’s quite hard to find Spanish course in my country.
I guess I’m just writing because in my heart, I really really want to take this. Simply put, you only live once, right? Might as well do what you want to do, especially if it is something that will be useful in the future.
On the other hand, the Chinese girl inside of me is screaming because I need to really suppress my budget just to make it to the end of the month. Seriously, why is education so expensive?
